Introduction

Lammertink (hereinafter: “we”) processes personal data of its customers and other contact persons (suppliers). We do this to help our customers as best as possible and to achieve our set goals. In this privacy statement we explain why and how we process your personal data.

Who are we?

We are Lammertink. This privacy statement applies to all our processing – even if we process personal data together with other parties.

Which personal data do we process?

We process the following personal data:
First and last name, company name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, payment details, job title, contact history, IP address, social ID, cookie ID (you can read more about cookies in our cookie statement).

Why do we process that personal data?

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Legal obligations: A small part of our processing is legally required. This mainly concerns personal data that are necessary to comply with our tax obligations.
Your data is also processed by us so that we can deliver an order you have placed, contact you if there are questions or comments and, if necessary, send an invoice for the services/products provided.

You can contact us in various ways: telephone, post, email and Facebook for example. To make this possible, we also process personal data.

Rights of data subjects

Information and inspection (Article 15): You can of course view which personal data we process about you. We would like to tell you more about how and why we process that data.
Correction (Article 16): Do you have the impression that we have incorrect information about you? Please let us know and we will adjust it.
Forgetting (Article 17): You can have the personal data we have about you deleted. We may still have to process that data for other purposes (administration or de-duplication, for example).
Restriction (Article 18): If you have the impression that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also have that processing restricted.
Objection: you can submit an objection to the processing of your personal data. We will terminate the processing of your personal data as soon as possible.
Portability (Article 20): This is a new right under the GDPR to have your personal data transferred. This means that people have the right to receive the personal data that an organization has about them. If you would like to make use of this, please contact us.

We handle your data with care and make every effort to process your data as safely as possible:

Your personal data regarding your visit to our website will be sent to us via a secure (https) connection.
The personal data you entrust to us is stored in separate folders that can only be viewed by a select number of authorized persons.
Software, such as browsers, virus scanners and operating systems, are updated as soon as possible when a new software version is released.
The data is regularly backed up so that we can restore the availability of and access to the personal data in a timely manner.
Our logical and physical (access) security and equipment security consists of safes and gatekeepers, but also firewalls and network segregation.

In addition, you can also:

Withdraw consent: for example to receive e-mails. If you wish to withdraw consent for other processing, you can contact us.
Submit a complaint to the AP: Do you think we are not acting in accordance with privacy legislation? Then of course we would like to hear that. You can also submit a complaint about this to the AP after May 25, 2018. Currently you can only tip the AP via this form.

Retention periods

We do not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Basis of processing

As explained above, we process some data for the performance of a legal obligation, and most for the performance of a legitimate interest.

Third party recipients

We engage service providers for the implementation of our service. These are not ‘third party recipients’ but processors. We use Google Analytics. These parties process personal data in accordance with Lammertink’s instructions.
Sometimes we are legally obliged to provide personal data to third parties; such as the tax authorities. Furthermore, we will only provide data to third parties if we have received your permission to do so.

We use cookies on the Lammertink websites. We do this to improve our services and ensure that the websites function optimally, as described in our privacy statement.
