Edwin’s passion for the world-famous sports car brand was fueled when the workshop manager of Volkswagen dealer Konink asked him to look after the Porsches in his garage. Edwin had been involved in rallying since he was 18 so he knew about fast cars.

Edwin Lammertink has certainly been busy in recent years. Edwin started Lammertink Racing and Engineering, his studio became a Certified Porsche Classic Partner and he was the founder and owner of Porsche Centrum Twente. The recognition for Edwin from the famous brand itself was expressed in his certification as Zertifizierter Porsche Classic Techniker. Since March 1, 2019, Edwin is still located at Vonderweg 33a in Enter with Lammertink Specialized in Porsche.

Edwin’s heart lies in restoring classic Porsches. His passion comes to life when he tries to make every Porsche as authentic as possible, just as it left the factory. You can see that passion in everything he does. Whether it is a complete restoration of a rare Porsche 356 Speedster or overhauling a more modern 993 engine block, Edwin maintains the authenticity in everything he does.

Edwin’s strength lies in listening carefully to his customer. Together with his rebellious nature, he always finds the space and opportunities to let his creativity flourish when he’s working on a Porsche, without compromising on originality and authenticity.
